About me
As every page has said (sorry about that, by the way), my name is Heather. I'm a graduate of Belmont University and I am the proud owner of a relatively new English Writing degree.
That being said, I am a writer, first and foremost. I will write anything from to-do lists on Post-It notes and short stories on my laptop to "listicles" and research for my future historical novel.
Secondly, I am a reader, preferably in the realm of fiction, but I will read just about any book, newspaper or blog post put in front of me. I'm not picky, and after my lack of free time in college, I am just desperate to be able to read something for a reason other than for a class. (Current goal is to make it through all the books read throughout Gilmore Girls.)
Thirdly, and most recently, I am a traveler. I spent the summer of 2013 in London studying abroad, and it changed my life. England has always been a fascination of mine, but now, it has spread even further and I have discovered that wanderlust is real, it is strong and I can't wait to see even more of the world. Since then, I've tried to take mini adventures whenever possible, and have been hoping to turn them into stories someday.
